Refund & Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at MyMamaSays.com. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every box you receive from our subscription service. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item or request a refund. Below are the terms and conditions of our return policy:
Return on Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your box.
We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged or defective item for verification.
Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund for the damaged item.
In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item, in which case we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Return for Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us at contact@mymamasasys.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your box.
We will arrange for a replacement of the correct item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our subscription boxes, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not defective or incorrect.
Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition are also non-returnable.
Subscription Cancellations:
You may cancel your monthly subscriptions anytime after the first month ships. If you cancel a monthly subscription after you are billed for the next crate, then that crate will still ship but you will not be billed again.
You can cancel annual or bi-annual subscriptions by logging into the website and managing your account to can have the renewal feature turned "off". This will mean that after the current prepaid term is complete, it will not renew. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled in the middle of a prepaid term.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted before the billing date.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
