This Privacy Policy describes how My Mama Says (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from mymamasays.com (the “Site”) or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the “Services”). “You” means any customer, visitor, or individual whose information we process under this Policy.

- Marketing & Advertising: send promotions and tailor content/ads on our Site and elsewhere.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: detect, investigate, or act on suspicious or unlawful activity. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us immediately if you suspect compromise.
- Support & Improvement: provide customer support and improve the Services.

We use Cookies to operate and improve the Site (e.g., remember preferences, run analytics). For Shopify-related Cookies, see Shopify Cookies. Most browsers accept Cookies by default; you can remove or block them in your settings. Blocking Cookies may degrade your experience or disable features.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): Our website recognizes GPC signals. If we can associate the device/browser sending GPC with a Shopify account, we’ll apply the opt-out to that account. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org. Aside from GPC, we do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.

We may disclose personal information to third parties for contract fulfillment, legitimate business needs, or as otherwise described here:

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Parents/guardians may contact us to request deletion of a child’s data. As of this Policy’s effective date, we do not have actual knowledge of “selling” or “sharing” personal information of individuals under 16.

- Manage Communications: unsubscribe from marketing emails any time (we may still send non-marketing transactional emails).

We may verify your identity (e.g., email/account data) before responding. You may designate an authorized agent with proof of authorization; we may require you to verify directly as well.

If you have concerns about our processing, please contact us first. Depending on your location, you may have the right to appeal our response or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International Users
Your information may be processed outside your country by staff, service providers, and partners. For transfers out of Europe/UK, we rely on recognized mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) unless the destination provides adequate protection.
