Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at MyMamaSays.com. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every box you receive from our subscription service. However, we understand there may be occasions when you need to return an item or request a refund. Below are the terms and conditions of our return policy:

Returns on Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your box.
  • We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged or defective item for verification.
  • Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund for the damaged item.
  • In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item; if so, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Returns for Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us at contact@mymamasays.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your box.
  • We will arrange for a replacement of the correct item at no additional cost.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Due to the personalized nature of our subscription boxes, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not defective or incorrect.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel monthly subscriptions anytime after the first month ships. If you cancel after you have been billed for the next crate, that crate will still ship, but you will not be billed again.
  • For annual or twice yearly subscriptions, log in to your account and turn the renewal feature off. After the current prepaid term is complete, it will not renew. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active term.
  • To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, please submit your cancellation request before your billing date.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The timing of the credit may vary by card issuer.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.
