"My kiddos get so excited when a new box arrives. It feels like a special moment we share together. Each box is so thoughtful and intentional."

Confidence is not just born in a day. It grows when we stretch, when we fall, and when we trust ourselves to try again. This rap helps children find their courage one wobble at a time.
The Little Rap on Confidence will launch soon. In the meantime, read the story below or bring the book home from the shop.
In a bamboo grove where the tall sprouts grew, Some friends had gathered to try something new. Silks hung down from the stems up high, Bright orange ribbons against the sky. Curious Sheep had found them that day And wondered aloud, "Could these be for play?" And sure enough, Lion roared with delight, Swinging high in circles from left to right. Mouse spun gently, but not quite as high, Letting out softly a delighted sigh. Goofy Goat climbed up, then flipped upside down, He laughed with a giggle, he was such a clown!
Panda watched as his friends spun about, But his usual confidence flickered with doubt. "I know who I am, strong and capable, But this shaky feeling feels unmistakable." Scared Penguin leaned in, voice quiet and near, "It's fear, isn't it? I can feel it here. It makes us worry and doubt what's true, Even the strong ones can feel it too." "I like feeling fear," said Panda with a wink. "But what you just said really makes me think. When I choose to move through fear, I glow. It helps me deepen what I know."
He stepped to the silks and gave them a tug, Then turned with a smile to give Penguin a hug. He reached for the ribbon, one paw, then two, His friends all paused to cheer him through. But just as he leapt, slip! "Yikes! Whoa! Eek!" He tumbled down hard and rolled to the creek. Still, Panda jumped up and clapped out loud, "Well, that didn't work!" he called to the crowd. He jogged to the silks and grinned at his friends, "This will not be how this story ends!" He gripped the silk and climbed like before, Then wobble, slip, ouch! He fell once more!
Panda sat back and said, "I pushed too fast. Too focused on goals to learn from the past. Confidence grows when we stretch and explore, When we're curious, kind, and willing for more." He stood once again and shook off the dust. "Each fall is a chance to adapt and trust! I learn where to grip, how far I can bend, How to begin, and that falls aren't the end. When I was a cub, and climbed my first tree, I slipped and stumbled repeatedly. When I first swam, I splashed and sank, But trying again refilled my tank." Determined Bee zipped down with a spin. "It's true," Bee said, "you didn't give in. Confidence grows when we take our time, Reflecting on every fall as we climb."
So Panda smiled and tried once more. He watched how his friends floated off the floor. He mimicked their moves and swung through space, A quiet smile lit up his face. A spin to the left, then back to the right, He loosened his grip, this felt just right! And then, for the dismount, he landed with pride, His confidence glowing bright and wide. Confidence isn't just born in a day, It grows when we try, then find our way. It's about stretching and building brand new skills, And trusting ourselves, even after some spills! It takes reflection, and noticing wins, "I couldn't do this before, but did you see those spins?"
