A full classroom experience that pairs storytelling, music, and structured SEL with measurable outcomes. Designed by author Nadine Levitt and grounded in research backed emotional learning practices.

A structured lesson that helps students name emotions, build empathy, and practice kindness in real moments.

Winter
Two programs each school year.
Schools can engage with the Kindness Program in the fall and return for the Confidence Program in the winter. Each lasts about four weeks.
The Kindness Program
Launches each October. Focused on empathy, kindness, and classroom belonging.

Launches each February. Focused on self esteem, courage, and self expression.
